Mike Meyers Interview Teachers With Candy

You ever have  a friend who always supports your dreams and ideas no matter how crazy they are...You could be like “Im thinking about quitting my job and becoming a pirate,” and they’ll be like “well what kind of pirate are you talking about? Because I got eye patches for every occasion.” 

My next guest, Michael Meyers, isn’t that crazy but he’s definitely that type of friend. A year ago in Chicago I asked if I could interview him for a podcast I was thinking about doing and before I could say “never mind, I’ll find someone better” he said what he always says, “OB, I got you.” 
Because that’s the type of friend he’s been to me since we were both college students at Holy Cross. Super supportive, always positive and a little bit delusional, especially when it comes to his basketball skills. I remember one time he told me that “the backboards in the South, absorb the basketball better than the backboards in the North” and the only thing I could think at the time was “Mike...just make the damn layup! It’s bad enough you’re bricking every shot!”

Anyway here’s the interview that we did a year ago.  It’s funny, it’s raw, and it’s all about my brotha Mike’s favorite teachers, especially the one that gave him the freedom to hold his pencil like a rebel.
