Spitfire Coach ,

So Happy I Found This Podcast!

I’m a new military spouse, 32+3, just moved cross country, and was completely overwhelmed with the Tricare military birth process. After a frustrating appointment where they asked me what day I wanted to give birth, I cried and said time out. I’m only an episode in, but already feel super validated and supported. Thank you!

Stories that are incredibly enlightening!

This podcast highlights how different everyone’s pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey unfolds, while also shedding light on the unique challenges that our military families face every day.

I would recommend this podcast to anyone who enjoys birth stories, works with expecting military families (OB’s, Midwives, labor and delivery nurses, doulas, etc.), or if you just want to understand this demanding lifestyle.

Thank you to everyone who made this platform for stories to be shared and also to all the women who so openly shared them with the world.

Intriguing and informative! 📣

This podcast really shines a light on the adjustments and sacrifices military families have to make when giving birth. The best part is that you are hearing it directly through the voices of those that have experienced it, all while learning more about birth through their personal stories. 10 out of 10! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I definitely recommend!
