No matter where you are in your mindfulness journey, losing a loved one is extremely hard. However, for both you and the person you’ve lost, it’s important to grieve with the intention of moving forward and letting go. Instead of asking why this has happened, try asking yourself how this experience can enrich your life. Be aware that death is not a punishment, but rather a transition. For our loved ones to continue on their journey, we must mindfully let them go.
