The Attentionist with Mitra Manesh

Mitra Manesh, Lights On, Innermap

What would happen if a book could speak — and you could speak back? The Attentionist podcast brings the words of the book The Attentionist to life — one passage, one conversation, one moment of awareness at a time. In each episode, host Mitra Manesh and her co-host Carlota Santamaria read and explore a section of the book as it relates to the texture of everyday life — the choices we make, the patterns we repeat, the moments where attention either slips away or comes home. Sometimes a reader joins the conversation as a guest — invited or self-selected — bringing their own experience of the words into the room. The result is not a book review. It is a living dialogue between a teaching and the people it is teaching. The Attentionist asks one question: what is your attention creating — and is that the life you meant to live? This podcast is where that question breathes and unfolds.
