In this episode I’d love to talk about the main obstacle I see in prioritizing our health: our selfcare mindset, or better, the lack thereof. In over a decade of running fitness studios, I, unfortunately, witnessed too many of us struggle to establish a lifelong selfcare routine that is sustainable and simple. While it is a challenge for many to keep up, it’s not impossible: I’m inspired every day by many of our members who joined Glow 11 years back and made their yoga practice an essential part of life: through having kids, buying homes, losing parents, changing jobs, moving neighborhoods, and even during the pandemic – they’ve never failed to come in take care of themselves. So, in this episode, I’d love to give food for thought on overcoming the challenge of establishing and re-establishing selfcare routine after the sabbatical, the 3 Mindset Changes to prevent us from ever giving up again, and 4 Action Steps to Establish a New Daily Non-Negotiable Habit. I will talk about the best foods & exercises to generate the most amount of energy & cellular renewal as we age.

After having healed herself from excruciating chronic neck pain, she has developed Glow Wellness Program with holistic 8-limbed yoga, mindful strengthening, and bodywork. With the widespread anxiety, anger, ADD, insomnia, chronic pain, and fast-paced fitness frenzy she hopes to share the sacredness of slowing down.
