We try to quiet our minds or get our emotions under control, but it doesn't seem to work. For some reason, we still feel the need to go and do, like a toy that can't seem to turn off. Anxiety seems to be around every corner. When this experience occurs, we need to regulate, which is different from recovery. Relevant and Relatable!

As I listened to the first episode, it was like sitting in a room with great friends who “get it”. In the midst of a season where we’re all trying to figure out how to do ministry in a completely new way, listening to Jeremy and Elisabeth was a huge hug if encouragement.
