Problem or Solution?
Episode #82, a Sermon Preached by Rick Mathes at a Friday Night worship at Fort Good Shepherd Ranch in Cuba, Mo.
Transforming lives from Crime to Christ. Mission Gate Prison ministry is in the business of saving souls out of the Department of Corruption, Satan's Mansion, and the gates of Hell. Our 9-month program is most of these men and women's last chance, meaning; that they have burned every bridge before throwing their hands into the air screaming out, "God help me"! With no hope, money, food, or clothing, Mission Gate picks up where satan left off; lives torn and smashed by the chains of addiction and criminial living. Usually with the clothes on there backs, Mission Gate takes the Word of God, and Dust off the ashes left in this wake of destruction off the shoulders of these men and women of fortune. I promise you that without the help of donors like you this could not happen. If you are reading this, please help. We have needs that are based on the needs of men and women being released into the free world with only a prayer. You can be that answer by donating online at www.missiongateministry.org Thank you for your help. Shalom.
In Podcast #80, Rick Mathes preaches at a Friday Night Worship. One main point that Rick speaks about is our relationship with the Lord, and how the closer we get to Christ, the more we become more reflective of our Lord and Savior. The flip side of this is that our sins seem be magnified, and we find that the smaller sins seem bigger and bigger. Hope this sermon touches your life, and press on, and pass it on!

Ron Teen - Follower of Christ
Ron is my brother and my friend. He has been a leader at Mission Gate Prison Ministry for quite some time now. He is truly inspirational to me in many ways. I also see his talent in radio, video, photography, and production. These podcasts speak for themselves. First his testimony for Christ, and secondly his talent for production.
I give you 10 stars bro! Press forward my friend.
One who is Dedicated...
I just wanted to share that Rick Mathes is one of the most dedicated men I know. He is dedicated to the LORD. Thus he is dedicated to his wife, daughter, the Mission Gate prison ministry that God has allowed him to be part of, and to those who cross his path. He is also dedicated to all who share and don't share his faith in Christ. Rick will never be shy to point you to the one who changed his life forever. HE is the same one who changed my life...The LORD.
I thin it's safe to say Rick and I share many of the same sentiments regarding Christ. There's a scripture that comes to mind that I'm certain Rick will agree with me when I say we both have utterd the words of the apostles...
John 6:67-69 Amplified Bible --
Jesus said to the Twelve, Will you also go away? [And do you too desire to leave Me?] Simon Peter answered, Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words (the message) of eternal life. And we have learned to believe and trust, and [more] we have come to know [surely] that You are the Holy One of God, the Christ (the Anointed One), the Son of the living God.
Thank you Rick for your dedication.
Your brother in Christ,
