Pulling into the MODpod truck stop this time around is Mr. Lawrie Wilson. The popular ex-Charlton right back put in almost a century of appearances for the Addicks between 2012 and 2015, netting four times. He talks to the boys about just how close-knit that title-winning side was under Sir Chrissy Powell and tells us his thoughts on that chant... He also talks nutrition and plant-based diets, reveals a tough time at Port Vale and takes on Big Dave in a Big Quiz.
