Awkward as it may be, sex education is a parent’s responsibility. But when parents and their kids need to talk, it's not always so easy. Join Molly Wales, a mother of two and school nurse who took on the task of overhauling her school district’s sex education curriculum, for a discussion on topics such as how to broach the subject at home, at what age sex education should start, puberty and hygiene, what resources are out there for parents, and more.

While most expectant mothers these days are probably aware of the benefits of breastfeeding, they may not know this: nursing your baby is no easy feat! There can be a steep learning curve with many unexpected twists and turns along the way, such as dealing with mastitis or having a tongue-tied baby. Luckily, we've rounded up Amy, Cassie and Julie who share how they overcame their struggles with breastfeeding to be successful in nursing their babies. Cassie and Julie even went on to become experts in the field as a La Leche League Leader and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, respectively. All three moms offer lots of good information and approaches to overcoming a variety of breastfeeding adversities.
