Closing Doors with Kelley Knight
On the heels of a great year at Modern Mystic Shop, Kelley Knight decided to expand to New York City - the place she, and her ancestors, had called home. The timing felt right, and one by one all the pieces fell into place… so why didn’t it work out?
Kelley describes the wild circumstances that led her back to New York, the whirlwind of opening our new shop with the help of her family, and the disappointments that finally led to her difficult decision to let it go. This episode begins our month-long series on loss and grief, as Kelley reflects on the beginnings of our New York City location while in the midst of letting it go.

Informative and Fascinating
Love this podcast. The topics are different than a lot of other spiritual podcasts, the speakers are legit, and I always walk away feeling better and learning a new mystical tool!
Perfect way to enjoy my sunday!
Growing up in the south, I've been taught that Sundays are for reflection and becoming intune with my spirit! This podcast is the perfect addition to my meditative sundays!
So good and so frustrating
So I can’t really tell how to rate this podcast! There are really good episodes, but then so many of them are completely inaudible. It’s a podcast, so if I can’t listen to it... I feel like that’s a problem for me as the listener? There will be an introduction that is like, oh my gosh! I’m so glad they recorded this so I can benefit from this teacher!! Then the audio is so bad that you can’t hear any of their words! Some are just bad audio and you can still hear them, then occasionally there’s no issue at all. So overall, seems like a great podcast but the audio quality is so hit or miss that it is frustrating to listen to. I hope they get their issues straightened out for the future. I realize this is a free offering, it’s just too bad that it’s frustrating.
