Honour the love not the loss
**This episode comes with a tigger warning, topics of grief, trauma, child trauma and death are discussed. **
This episode discusses the trauma of loss and one woman's quest to find herself, honour the love she felt and how she is learning to pay it forward to others and her daughter. This episode is emotional, but it is also uplifting, allowing you to understand how grief is not linear and how seeking the right support can help you build a life around the grief and how keeping the memory of a loved one alive through sharing stories and photographs can help you deal with the intense feelings of grief one experiences following a tragic and sudden death of a loved one.
