Takisha Bromell is the author of “A Lady in Waiting”, an area Toastmaster winner, motivational speaker, and entrepreneur.   She has written published curriculum for Lifeway. She is also currently the Director of Client Engagement at Michael Burt Enterprises and former Chief Operating Officer for McKnight Advisory Group.

Takisha discovered at the young age of eight that she was in her element when she was asked to speak at a school assembly. That day she identified a purpose and passion for public speaking. From that moment on, she has been sharpening her skills and taking part in several enthusiastic and inspirational speeches. She has successfully grown in her craft, and is able to move any audience to action. 

In 2016, she founded Purpose Innovators a company focused on coaching, speaking, and training. As the founder, Takisha brings more than 20 years of experience to the table. She knows that her purpose lies in guiding others to find theirs. Nothing brings her more joy than knowing destiny has been realized and purpose is being manifested.

She is now realizing the gift of expressing herself through writing and has a number of projects in the works.  Takisha Bromell personifies and is a Purpose Innovator.

April Johnson (Education) - CEO of April J. The Motivator. April's previous experience includes 14 1/2 years working in the Educaitonal Field, 5 years as a High School Presenter for Bryant & Stratton College and she currently works full time as an Educational Consultant and Motivational Speaker.  Ms. Johnson is well versed in the areas of College Knowledge, Attitude & Communication, Time Management/Study Skills, Resume & Interviewing Skills, and Goal Setting.

Shavonne Seymour (Financial) - Financial Service Advisor.  I have been in the banking industry for over 11 years, assisting customers with their current and future financial needs. My biggest goal and dream in life, is to fulfill my purpose on Earth. I believe we are here to enjoy life and to help others succeed and fulfill their dreams.

Nicole Cole (Entrepreneurship) - completed her undergraduate studies Magna Cum Laude at James Madison University in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing. She received her Master of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Georgetown University in 2016.

Apostle Sharon E. Peace is a Registered Nurse and the Executive Director of the Word of Peace Ministries International. Apostle Peace with her husband, Pastor John Peace, pastored the Worship center. Compelled by the Fire of the Holy Spirit she proclaims, declares, decreed, and shares a vision to teach, train, and impart the Word of GOD, lifting spirits, impacting and changing lives, in the name of Christ JESUS. In addition to feeding the homeless and unifying ministries to do outreach ministry in their communities, Matthew 28: 19-20. Apostle Peace directs a weekly prayer conference line, where praise reports are the result, and Abba gets the Glory! She is the spiritual overseer of two local ministries: Walking by Faith Ministry with Pastor Bernard Bibbs and Victory Christian Center, Pastor Paulette Hazelwood in Victoria, Va. Her desire is to see souls saved, adding to the Kingdom.


Apostle Peace has been married for 47 years to the anointed teacher of the Gospel, Pastor John W. Peace.  She has been blessed to have a business called, “Health Training @ Its Best”, because GOD our Father gave HIS Best, she gives her best, when she teaches CPR/FA, Child abuse and emergency preparedness in day care centers, preschools and churches, just to name a few of the courses she teaches. Also an Adjunct Professor at Reynolds College in their PAVE program again and impacting young adult lives. Member of NJICM under Chief Apostle O.C Brown and Pastor Bishop Joel V. Brown. There she will be kicking off the Marriage ministry along side her husband of 47 years at NJICM.

 Pam’s career began in the field of early childhood development. By 2005, Pam and her husband, Perry, were working together full-time for the organization they founded, Luv’em Like MINES Youth Services, Inc., helping and mentoring at-risk youth between the ages of 5 and 21 years old. In 2005, Pam's son, JP was diagnosed with a developmental delay, and soon after diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Their daughter, Sydnee also has NF as well as ADHD. Pam views her children’s diagnoses as a blessing and a calling. She has adopted a pro-active approach to raising differently-abled children and become an advocate for all children and families with special needs. She founded JP Jumpers Foundation, to positively impact families affected by Autism, Special Needs and unique circumstances. She has written a book, God Chose Me: An Interactive Book to Promote Family Building,  God Chose Me serves as a learning tool and guide for children with different abilities. In 2014, Pam led the legislation to establish “JP’s Law” (SB367) in Virginia. This law gained bi-partisan support, and established a special identification card for persons with special needs. This identification card helps law enforcement understand when they may be engaging with someone with special needs.
