    Introducing: "Murder in Miami"

    Introducing: "Murder in Miami"

In the 1980s crime journalist Phil Stanford dove into the decadent and dangerous world of Miami just as the city was becoming the cocaine- and murder- capital of the United States. His path would place him in the crosshairs of a federal investigation focusing on a mysterious and controversial drug smuggling pilot who claimed to be an operative of the American government- all while flaunting his extensive illicit activity. Murder in Miami traces the connection between the murder of a missing Miami private investigator to the sprawling roots of an international money laundering scheme as Stanford tries to make sense of his role in a surreal story of spies, smugglers, killers and corruption. All reaching to the highest levels on both sides of the law.

LadyCris ,

Interesting story but…

So heavily one sided. It turns into a bashing of Kimberly and her family. It loses credibility as a fair representation of Chris or Kimberly, their marriage. Disappointed.

Frustrating

It kept me intrigued, but also soooo frustrated. There was so much left out. You can’t tell me that no one questioned that he listened to all the evidence and THEN created a story to account for it years later? And she started this based on his eyes in the mugshot? Am I seeing the same photo?

There has been no point in this podcast that I have questioned his innocence.

Bless their hearts

Does this family really believe what they are saying or are they just so desperate that they’ll believe anything?
I have never listened to a podcast that made me say “oh BULLSH*T” over and over again.
He killed his family. Y’all know it. I know it. But, bless their hearts, that family is all the way in denial. And this podcast is a slap right in face to that girl’s family. Shame on you.
