Welcome back (In Time), listeners! We hope you like 80's stuff because this week's artist is possibly the most 80's person we've ever discussed - Huey Lewis and his friends The News! First time (hopefully not last time) guest Don is here to tell us about this band's history (including their rather surprising influences!) and tell us some fun stories you may not have heard. This episode is BS (Britney Spears)

Oops, listeners, we did it again! This week we're going to talk all kinds of BS. In this case, BS stands for Broken Speakers and Britney Spears! OK, so just two kinds of BS I guess. Maybe three, depending on how you feel about those topics.
Our hostesses with the mostesses are joined this week by classic friend and Spears-thusiast Stephanie.  She'll give us the full rundown on this pop icon. Hope you love it!

Hilarious, lighthearted, and informative!

My brother knows the hosts and told my family about it, and I automatically knew that I wanted to listen! I grew up in a musical family, but as someone with a father who was a minister, I didn't get much music culture as I was growing up. I've listened to more as I've gotten older, and discovered a lot on my own. Even though I knew of all of the artists in season one, I hadn't listened to all of them, and definitely gained some new favorites (ahem, Nirvana...sorry Rachel). Anyways, I love the connection between the hosts and while sometimes it's a little corny, the humor isn't faked and they are both so real and sweet. I'm so glad that y'all are continuing the show and can't wait for the future of the podcast!

Mostly Good

If you can get passed Rachel being Jon Snow and having to face palm because of her at least 5 times an episode then it's pretty good. I love that they have a Spotify account for the show so you can listen to!

Face palm example:
A: They're from Liverpool.... (a little while later, after talking about both this and Norwegian Wood)
R: Is he from Norway?

NO- he's not from Norway. The song's about not getting any.

Lighthearted

I enjoyed listening to this podcast. It's a great choice for when you want to listen to something light.
