My journey from 86lbs to 107lbs - OVERCOMING AN OBSESSION WITH FOOD It Takes Grit

Looking back I can't believe how much a struggled with food and my body imagenbecause today I feel absolutely amazing. I want to share my story with as many people as possible to let them know that there is another way, that food is something to enjoy and our bodies are to be cherished! On today's episode I talk about my own struggle with an eating disorder, getting to my lowest weight of 86lbs (I am 107lbs now!), and exactly what I did to overcome it.
