Jennifer Sodini, one of the creators of the very popular Amenti Oracle talks about new deck, Modern Nirvana Oracle and it's many uses. We discuss, the importance of practicing creativity in ones spiritual practice, ways to stay grounded in your ascension process, and the importance of using intuition in the NOW. PSYCHIC SCAM ACCOUNTS - Blue June
2/21 UPDATE: About a week ago IG started rolling out a feature to report these scam account where you can finally tag the person they are pretending to be. If you have this feature available now please use it to take these account down. It generally takes them 3 days to review so the earlier you report the better.
2 Factors you need to look at to identify a scam account. Number one is the easiest tell:
1) The reading is THEIR idea.
We do not solicit clients for readings because it's unethical to present a person with the information when they are not seeking it and are not ready for the insights.
2) They have very few posts (20-50) and they were all made at the same time and very recently.
They copy everything of the real practitioner so you'll believe it's the real person, then they DM you pretending to be the reader they are impersonating and ask you for money through improper channels such as CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, etc instead of a real booking link with appointment time options, confirmation emails and receipts. This also breaks rule 1, the reading is their idea.

This episode is for psychics and clients alike. Some tips for dealing with and preventing your followers from being victim to these relentless IG mock accounts posing as accomplished readers. Instagram has done nothing to stop these charlatans from hurting people in vulnerable positions and have taken people for thousands upon thousands of our clients. Puerto Rico based Psychic Astrologer, Dr. Veroshk Williams is an Afro Latina Clinical Psychology and Astrology expert born and raised in Puerto Rico. She completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Cornell University and worked as a brain research coordinator at Harvard University’s Psychiatric Hospital. Willing to learn from others, but not everyone
I am highly encouraged by the Mystic’s Witch new intention to feature practitioners of color more on the podcast. She seems completely committed to social justice and the ways magic and witch community can be used to help fix the problems of our society, and I fully applaud that.
However, I would especially encourage her to first learn from actual Jewish witches about anti-semitism before saying things like the tarot devil card isn’t anti-semitic, of that the Golden Dawn is a Chasidic order (no, this is just false, Chasidic Jews or any other Jewish groups do not claim the Golden Dawn, the Golden Dawn was started by previously Catholic guys who appropriated Jewish mysticism with gusto).
While she invites others to come speak to her if there’s something she should learn, she doesn’t show the initiative to actually bring Jewish witches to the table here. It’s harmful to speak about things with a veneer of authority, when there isn’t actual deep research or integration of the voices from the communities hurt by these falsehoods.
If anyone wants to learn more about the appropriation of Jewish religion and cultures in witch spaces, or the problematic anti-semitic issues that still exist, please learn from actual Jewish witches like Jewitches.com, Lilah Haxan, Mystic Machmir, Pam Grossman, Starhawk, Susala Kay (JeWitch Collective), Kohenet Institute - and more.
Discussing things like appropriation and anti-semitism without our voices actually being brought to the table - it’s just like what some Christian groups do to us, too.

This is my favorite witchy podcast, I love the whole vibe! Blue June is a fantastic host, the interviews all feel very natural and comfortable. While it does cover a bit of everything I adore that the focus isn’t on love and making money. Subjects relating to actual life and the current world are talked about seriously but not in a way that comes across negative or depressing. I’m constantly learning and seeing things in a different light. Thank you for this podcast, it’s been life changing!
