    You can do hard things

In this eclipse spring season, I felt compelled to tell you what was on my heart. Spirit moved me to speak this out loud and tell you that you can do hard things. You can face that thing and walk through this season. Whatever seems completely hard right now, know that we've all been there, I hold space for you and I feel you, and we can do hard things together. You are not alone, know that I love you and that we can get through this, whatever it may be. I just wanted to let you know that you are so NOT ALONE in this walk of life and I'm lifting you up and sending you love and light and so much support. You got this.

Episode 29 - Spiritual Stories from my Past

Episode 29 - Spiritual Stories from my Past

This episode is all about the Spiritual Stories and experiences that I remember growing up. In the past, I would have seen it as 'scary stories' and experiences that didn't make sense. But now, looking back as I'm more healed and evolved, I see it as more Spiritual Stories that I experienced. These are purely my stories as I remember them, and I've never really spoken about them in this way before. They are stories from when I was a child to adulthood, so many spiritual stories that shaped the person I am today. Have a listen and let me know what you think.
