Santigui joins us this week to tell the amazing story of what God did in protecting his people in Sierra Leone.  We reflect on how some of these lessons can be applied to what is happening in Afghanistan.  This episode focuses a lot on what God is doing when His people are on the move.  This starts in the book of Acts with an unlikely alliance between Paul, Pricilla and Aquila, and a young man named Apollos.  We get a front row seat into the conflict in Sierra Leone and how a group of people were used to spread the gospel to a neighboring Muslim country.

As the crisis continues to unfold in Afghanistan, four guests participate in a discussion about Afghanistan.  These guests have backgrounds ranging from anti-terrorism support and military engagement in the region as well as kingdom focus on the peoples of Afghanistan in country and in our home. 

We often celebrate missionaries from the global south or majority world.  Today, we are joined by a Chinese missionary who was part of the Back to Jerusalem movement from China.

A mother-daughter duo come on the show to share about their experiences in following Jesus in India and how this has challenged their family and what this means for religious diversity and the Gospel in the West.

Valerie lives in Queens New York and comes on the show today to share some of her research about how to train and mobilize for missions in a multi-ethnic context.
