She started her career in investment banking, but after the 2008 financial crisis, she decided to pivot to the wellness industry. She became one of the first employees at Tough Mudder, helping to grow the company from 10 people to 150. In 2018, she and her business partner, Lauren, started HigherDOSE, a company that makes infrared saunas and sauna blankets. The company has been extremely successful, and the products are now sold all over the world.
