Navigating the Complex Losses & Grief The Contemporary Medium

    • Religion & Spirituality

This episode takes an in-depth look at how to navigate complex loss and grief. It’s important to recognize that each individual will grieve differently after a loss. A loss could be anything. It’s not necessarily losing a loved one from the physical world to the spiritual world.
With every loss there is a opportunity for personal growth. However, not everybody sees a loss as a positive catalyst in their life and we must honor that if it’s someone else’s story. It’s critical that you remember your experience through your own perception and don’t let anybody else dictate what that experience was for you.
I also want to give a special thank you for all of you returning listeners and all that sent messages and comments. I did save some time at the end to go over those as well!

In this episode, you will hear:
How we honor our loved ones when they pass. 0:08
Why it’s so important to continue to work on your own healing and growth so that you can experience the depths of relationship. 2:57
