In 2020, global brand consulting and design agency, Landor & Fitch conducted a series of interviews with senior executives from some of the world’s most exciting and fastest-growing ‘Unicorn’ tech companies to understand the critical and powerful role culture plays in their business. The findings were outlined in Landor & Fitch’s ‘Culture is Brand, Brand is Culture: How Unicorns achieved success’ Report.

This week’s roundtable discussion brought together the two authors of the Report as well as two of the Unicorn brands themselves to discuss the role culture continues to play in their success. Today on The New P&L TO THE POINT we discuss the key points raise in that discussion.
