We tend to make much of resolutions as the New Year rolls around—humans have been doing so for 4,000 years —but distilling the prospect of next year into a few tidy affirmations won’t help you realize that vision. Resolutions are statements of intention, while goals are statements of commitment. 


 

Resolution: A firm decision to do or not to do something. 

Goal: The object of a person's ambition or effort; an aim or desired result. Which sounds more appealing?


The clock is counting down and we need to get some things in order. Resolutions will not cut, we need a solid plan and I will offer you tips to get started.
