We will look at the decades old disinformation campaign sponsored by big petroleum pushing the lie that global warming is overblown, a hoax, a 'Chicken Little' panic. This campaign has lulled the public into a false sense of safety. Just like big tobacco, the petroleum industry should be held accountable for the death and destruction they have caused. This is our big story.


Story #2 will focus on a recent SCOTUS decision. The Supreme Court refused to hear the case of Doe v. McKesson, thus sanctifying the lower courts decision which held that protest organizers can be held liable for the actions of anyone present at the scene. The ramifications of this pronouncement have dire repercussions for any protest group. 


We will also report on our latest Jackass of the Week Awards, and expand our growing List of Deplorables.

     Academics and environmental justice campaigners are demanding that the International Criminal Court (ICC), begin investigating and prosecuting environmental criminals. This demand would most likely include prosecution of Big Petroleum regarding its major role in global climate devastation. In response to these demands, the ICC's chief prosecutor, Karim Khan is developing a policy paper which will guide his office in terms of "accountability, transparency, and predictability" in this work. This move is long overdue. Unfortunately, it is not enough. Peacable protesters and activists are being targeted by the the UK government and prosecuted for offenses so trivial they would even make Dumb Donnie Trump blush. Dare to participate in a "slow march" and face prison time. Corporations are being given the power (not the right--but the POWER)--to attack citizens daring to use their right to peacable protest. This is done under the 'civil injunction' rule. There's so much more in terms of judicial and police abuse--so tune in.

     The Atlantic meridional overturning circulation (AMOC) current brings warm air to the EU resulting in warmer climates than you would expect so close to the Arctic. Unfortunately it is coming closer to collapse which could result in climate disasters only seen in Hollywood epic movies. Today on the Environmental Justice Report, I will discuss this looming disaster in terms of climate crimes and corporate responsibility. That is our first story. 


Our second story is about Trump's latest stump speech where he openly heralds his "final solution" to globalists and other boogey men. The story will deal with the planned complicity of corporate media.

     This week I will discuss the treachery of conservatives on the Supreme Court. Apparently, section 3 of the 14th Amendment doesn't apply to presidents who commit insurrection. But, that's not the end of this mockery as the Trump claim of "absolute immunity'" for presidents comes next. Both cases deal with the fraud of "originalism," a doctrine that reduces rule of law to a grocery list concrete enough to please any Asperger's voter. 


I will also feature a new 'Deplorable of the Week" in addition to our "Jackass of the Week Award."

     This week, I will be discussing the way Nazis were openly welcomed in Nashville by the GOP. Now to be fair, republican office holders did "denounce" the Nazis--but this denunciation was as credible as a hooker's exclamation that her present client is the 'best' they ever had. I will discuss the transition of GOP politics in Tennessee over the past 20 years that has transformed it into one of the most bigoted states in the nation. This development was predictable since the GOP has supported the Nazi-in-Charge, Donald Trump. True leaders--lead by example and not by mere slogans. The example set by Trump is both intellectually and morally bankrupt, so an open Nazi march is no surprise. 


We will also have our "Deplorable" nominations and our "Jackass of the Week Award." 

     This week I  am going to discuss the Gish Gallop aka how to shovel B******T as fast as possible in the poltiical sphere--and how to counter it. Trump and his GOP have become experts at the art of throwing b******t at opponents. They do it to avoid the public discovery that Trump knows NOTHING. This propaganda technique is also known as the Gish Gallop. It has been used by fascist parties for decades and now the GOP of Trump has embraced it for the last 7 years as its unofficial pledge to duty.
