Engaging and Helpful!
I just finished listening to the episode on teens and stress. I've already raised two kids into adulthood and I currently have three at home including one teen. He has had some major ups and downs over the past year - challenges that I've never experienced as a parent. His stress levels have been through the roof and coping mechanisms that work have been difficult to find. I wish I had found this episode sooner. The experts Miriam brought on to the show were so helpful. They provided some basic tools and ideas that I hadn't thought of because I was truly overthinking. I thoroughly enjoy Miriam's engaging connection with her audience too. I've subscribed!
