Resilience in 30 Minutes

Everything is right with the world now that Brooke Shields has her podcast. She offers the same beautiful vulnerability as she did with Down Came the Rain - which helped me in new motherhood with my daughters Skye and Tess, only now she has that unapologetic truth only a 50-something woman can have. Our girls are all grown and as women we continue to seek self awareness. It’s her time to shine. It’s raw and necessary and I’m grateful she’s doing this work. Asking Now What?! in every step of life is deeply meaningful and Brooke does it in such a fun and poignant way. It’s like sitting down for a cappuccino with a girlfriend. -Staying tuned to see what comes next, Beth Jannery, CEO of Titan Coaching please visit BethJannery.com
