Dr. Timothy Wilens is a Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and Chief of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital. Dr. Thea Gallagher’s podcast is fantastic! She goes above & beyond by having incredible guests who are experts in the field. I particularly enjoyed the ADHD episode with Lenard Adler which was very informative, thorough, and dug deeper on the criteria/symptoms people experience who have ADHD. Dr. Gallagher asks insightful questions that formulate complex concepts into concise and simple terms, which all listeners can understand. I’d recommend this podcast to anyone who is interested in psychology research and wants to expand their knowledge base!

As a therapist, I’m always looking to broaden my knowledge base! This podcast is now at the top of my list, I can’t wait to hear what topic Dr. Thea Gallagher covers next! I think it really comes down to how fantastic Thea is at interviewing. She asks deep meaningful questions that provoke insight and increase my knowledge of the subject matter. Her personality has this natural curiosity which makes everything fascinating. You really get to experience her love for psychology and how it helps people.
Each episode covers interesting research on a variety of topics. It’s refreshing to hear new things that are on the cutting edge rather than the same old basic information. I like when an interview isn’t afraid to take some risks. Please keep the episodes coming because Thea is clearly going to be taking the world of psychology by storm!!
