Customer Reviews
wholesome yet sometimes gruesome
This podcast is a balm to my lonely heart. As I find myself still fairly isolated while seeing others around me abandon all caution and return to “life as normal,” listening in to this discussion among friends is comforting. Yet, I also appreciate that, as they are discussing the history of Carson Ellis’ homestead, they don’t gloss over difficult topics.
Exactly What I Needed
It’s a rainy early October day, and this easygoing podcast between friends is exactly what I want to listen to swaddled in a flannel on my porch swing. Such a delight—I’m looking forward to the next episode, whenever it may come.
Interesting, relaxing pod
Fascinating exploratory podcast for people interested delving into history by way of discoveries and observations from an Oregon homestead. I’ve really enjoyed how small objects or topics branch into Oregonian and US history. I found it very engaging and relaxing. Can’t wait for more!
