Southington NEEDS Public Transportation

Southington needs public bus transportation NOW! I was quite surprised to hear Jesse's comment that the Town Council had so many seemingly ireelevant questions, such as traffic concerns, and how many riders will use it. Town Council Democrats favor it, as do most citizens, so why the delay? All DOT wants is an expression of interest to go to the next step. Why not?
