A Day in Halesi, Nepal
This past late March and early April I returned to Nepal for my third Buddhist Pilgrimage. This year my main intention was to visit the small town of Halesi and the famous sacred Maratika Cave. This is a very special place for Tibetan Buddhists. It was an amazing experience.

Tin Can Theory
I came up with an idea that is not new while interacting with my mother. She wanted to do something that I thought was not worth her time. I even offered her some money not to do it. But she refused. And it that moment, the "Tin Can Theory" was coined.

A Day at Boudhanath Stupa
I decided to spend one full day at Boudhanath Stupa. Most of my time in Kathmandu and at my hotel (near Boudhanath Stupa) was usually in "home base" mode. Meaning I am generally spending a number of hours at Boudhanath but not all day. But today was an all day thing.

What is the sound of one hand clapping?
Maybe there is no right answer, but you will enjoy listening to this podcast. If you like storytelling with an emphasis on inspiration and positivity, then it's for you. A unique person with a unique perspective due to having only one hand, hence the name of the podcast.
Entertaining stories with valuable messages
When I heard AlejAndro was launching a podcast I was thrilled. I was a student of his years ago when he ran a martial arts dojo. Being a student of his was one of the most transformational experiences of my life. He has a natural affinity for teaching, performing, and storytelling. Since that time I've followed his speaking career and I even had the good fortune of attending one of his TEDx talks. He has deep knowledge in a wide variety of disciplines and an entertaining and captivating way of sharing this knowledge through his stories. I'll be tuning in for each and every episode!
