– The Sharkpreneur podcast with Seth Greene Episode 643 Oscar Pedroso
Oscar Pedroso is founder/CEO of Thimble - an education tech business based in Buffalo, NY that prepares kids for 21st century careers in robotics, coding, machine learning, and other STEM disciplines. His team is working with over 250 schools in all 50 states and 30 countries and has a plan to reach 3 million students by 2024. Prior to founding Thimble, Oscar worked as a K-12 educator and college admission officer - recruiting high school students for admission into top universities. In his roles, he worked closely with underrepresented students - inspiring them to pursue STEM majors and careers - even if STEM wasn't their first choice.
