He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Plastic Surgery and the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center and is a pioneer in microsurgical breast reconstruction and efficiency in breast reconstructive surgery. He also serves as an Associate Editor for the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal.
