Ashley Janssen is a writer, business coach, speaker, and serial entrepreneur. Inspired by her experiences running her businesses while supporting her husband through life-threatening cancer, and her own multiple sclerosis diagnosis, her goal is to empower entrepreneurs and leaders to approach their lives with intention and build businesses that support the life they want.
Ashley writes a weekly email newsletter called Every Intention (ashleyjanssen.com). She provides one-on-one and facilitated peer-to-peer business coaching for entrepreneurs and business leaders. She also speaks on a variety of topics related to intention and resilience.
In addition, Ashley is a co-founder of Code and Effect, a software consultancy that specializes in developing custom association management software (AMS) for professional, regulatory, and member organizations. She is also co-founder of Tadum (tadum.app), an online agenda app that helps teams get organized and stay accountable through better meetings.
She is active in her community as a Threshold Impact Venture Mentoring Service (TIVMS) mentor and as a member of the Canadian Society of Association Executives (CSAE) Alberta Network Council. She was selected for the Avenue Magazine Top 40 Under 40 in 2017.
She lives in Edmonton, Canada, with her husband, Dana, and two cats.
