Palm Pilots, Spreadsheets and Innerchild Re-parenting!

Rogue Episode with Steena Marie

Sharing inside real life talks from old school Palm Pilots to AI Nap Apps… ways to track your sleep, how to gamify your life to create boundaries for work, rest and play.

How to tune into your behaviors and habits.

How tracking is essential in setting goals, giving you feedback about your routines and guiding you to make the best decisions for your future.

What did you learn about yourself this week?

What did you learn about life about this week?

Part of learning about life is deconstructing and reflecting on what works for you and what does not work.

How being pragmatic and practical can help you move towards solutions in your life.

The balance between being energetic, esoteric and being responsible for your own experiences.

Learning to recognize what I am experiencing vs second guessing what I am experiencing.

How easy it is to justify our experiences delaying our needs instead of just owning our own experiences and then giving ourselves what it is we need.

Learning how to notice what we need without questioning or gaslighting what is going on inside you or around you.

Innerchild healing and how to recognize your innerchild and soothing those parts which are screaming at you for what you need.

It is ok to let others down in order to put yourself first. And trust yourself and trust what is working out for you.

Masking, perception of yourself and learning to unmask. Learning to be authentic with your emotions.

People cannot read your mind and how important it is to be deliberate with articulating how you feel and where you are at in life.

Learning how to separate yourself from other people and what they need and want and what you actually need and want.

Life is easier when you don’t compare yourself to others.

Installing a inner parenting voice

Huge part of innerchild healing is reparenting the innerchild you have found.

Being a human being means you can just be.

Is being a human just getting things done?

It is ok to not accomplish things.

Living life with Freedom and humanity with intentionality and ambition.
