It appears to be a little known fact, but special education teacher preparation programs hardly scratch the surface on the majority of what is here. I think if more teachers learned these things earlier we could avoid a lot of frustration.

This is a great podcast, I am learning so much about special education law. My daughter is just starting school, she has special needs and I don’t feel that the process is transparent for parents. Thank you for sharing your expertise!!
