    The hurricane season continues to be one of the busiest in recent memory and in this week's episode, Adam and Joe talk about the rapid intensification of Delta and how it could impact the Gulf Coast.  Plus, the days may be getting shorter, but the temps are getting warmer, so what's up with that? And in this week's inbox the guys explain why they display weather symbols on the maps they use.

    The winds of change have brought the coolest air of the season to the region, which begs the question, "will it ever warm up again?"  Adam and Joe tackle that question and explain what the "second season" of severe weather is as it pertains to the Great Lakes region. In "What the Hail," the guys talk about the mysterious fireball spotted in the sky in the early morning of the last day of September. Plus, the rain canceled golf plans this week so Adam and Joe broke out the vintage Sega Genesis for their links fix.

    It's been an active hurricane season and there's a risk we could run out of names. In this episode Adam and Joe explain why we could see some hurricanes named for Greek letters of the alphabet. Plus there's talk of hummingbird heart rates, poor football weather,  and wild temperature swings, particularly a recent one in Denver. It's all punctuated by special guest and WANE 15 lifer Joe Carroll who shares how things have changed since he got in the business many moons ago.

UPDATE! Sound quality

They fixed the issue. This is a fun podcast to listen to. They enjoy each other’s company and the weather info is good.

Last two episodes recorded in mono and not stereo. Only comes out of left ear bud. Not easy to listen to.
