If you’re a pastor, this is for you.

Unless you’re in ministry, it’s hard to understand the craziness that pastors experience and the social pressures that are placed on them, especially concerning food. This podcast navigates all these issues and more. Brandon is fantastic and I can’t wait to listen to more episodes.

Brandon will help you reach your fitness goals no matter where your starting line is. There's so much misinformation to sift through in the fitness industry, but hearing Brandon's approach to weightloss and weight lifting is a breath of fresh air! One of the most genuine and helpful people out there. Very entertaining to listen to as well!
