We hear from Aweis Haji Nor, a journalist from Lower Shabelle Region and a speaker of Af-Maadoonte dialect and Ibrahim Sayid Aba Ali, scholar from Lower Shabelle as well as they share their community’s unique traditions and how these contribute to and enrich Somali culture.

The guests also reflect on how cultural heritage is a source of information, inspiration and values passed from one generation to another.
