My name is Kumaravadivel Guruparan. I was fomerly a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka, Executive Director of the Adayaalam Centre for Policy Research and Co-Spokesperson of the Tamil Civil Society Forum.
