Mr. Clark, an innocent man imprisoned for 37 years for a murder, has new evidence that proves his innocence .... A Judge recently ordered a new trial on all the new evidence that the Wayne County prosecutor dismissed in denying Paul his petition for a new trial. Mr. Hakeem will also discuss the disparities with CIU's.... granting relief to some defendants but denying it to others with more compelling evidence of innocence and police misconduct.
