Wonderful resources and conversations

I had the pleasure of connecting with Yeliena on her podcast in February (scheduled to air in March) to talk about the impact of perfectionism on our mental health, relationship with self and others. I have been following Yeliena's work on social media and have seen over the years her desire to help people connect with their higher and truer self through mindfulness, self-compassion, and self-love.
