I was born in Mexico and raised in SoCal. I overcame a negative mindset due to being overweight, due to being an immigrant, due to having a drug addiction, due to terribly toxic relationships, and so on and so forth. I am now in the greatest shape of my life and getting better everyday. I now have a wife and kids. Best of all, I am happy to teach others that they don't have to struggle with life alone. I am here to coach them thru it.
