    Ep. 3.31 | Live Events are Returning. Are You Ready?

    Ep. 3.29 | My Beacon Is Shining Bright For All To See

    Welcome to my second-ever solo podcast since the People First Then Profit relaunched in August of 2020.  I decided to record this format this week to practice getting outside my comfort zone and to share a valuable experience and important message. After hearing a bit too often that people loved my enthusiasm, content, messages and rally cries but just did not understand what it is that I actually do, my coaches encouraged me to create a well structured, thorough but succinct BEACON STATEMENT.  The process felt a little like childbirth but, much like the analogy, here I am with my new baby that I am going to love, nurture and devote all my care and devotion to.
