    Morwenna joined the former Argent business in 2011 and in addition to her corporate leadership role, Morwenna led the design and delivery of several major projects at King’s Cross, including Coal Drops Yard, the Fish & Coal Building and Gasholder Park. At Brent Cross Town, Morwenna is responsible for the ground plane experience, retail, leisure and public realm.
    She is a chartered mechanical engineer and started her career at Arup as a mechanical building services engineer.

    Rod joined LendInvest in 2015 to lead the business’ Capital Markets and Fund Management division. Within that time Rod has overseen LendInvest’s AUM growth from £100m to £3bn+ and managed the launch of its listed Retail bond and RMBS programmes. Rod became CEO of LendInvest in January 2020.
