Dass Perfektionismus nicht nur positive Folgen hat, ist den meisten bewusst. Doch auch Stephie sagt: "Wenn ich etwas sehr genau und korrekt erledigt haben will, nehme ich lieber jemanden mit hohem Perfektionismus-Score". Also kann ja nicht alles schlecht sein. Oder?
