Dr. Amy Day is a Women's Health and Hormone Expert and a Perimenopause Specialist. She is the Founder and Clinic Director at The Women's Vitality Center, where naturopathic doctors and health coaches help women with their hormone balance.
MJ Shaw is an Entrepreneur, Artist, and Movement Expert based in Toronto, Canada. She is the Founder of Soul Fuel Fitness, a Mom, a rebel, a reveler, a seeker, and a maker of movement and dance.
