Permission to Create Your Own Narrative Illuminating The Stories That Bind Us

    • Self-Improvement

A podcast for anyone who has felt stuck and trapped.

In this episode, Jen talks with Author Nisha Kishore- who shares how she has broken through stories of shame, guilt, and identity misalignment. She has overcome self-injury, suicidal ideations, and LGBTQIA+ discrimination- and what is incredibly beautiful is she has risen far above all of that.

Listen to brave and courageous participants share a story that they have been living under. Applicants can choose to write it in a letter or be a participant on the podcast and be interviewed. Participants work through a story that is likely fiction but still has been keeping them from loving themselves and stepping forward to living and loving a purposeful life. At the end of each podcast, we will prescribe a song for the participant to help them transform beyond the limiting story they are telling themselves. From not feeling good enough to feeling unloved, let us take a journey together to help transform and break through the stories that bind us.
