My guest this week is David Haight, Chief Economist at the Canadian Space Agency.Before starting at the Canadian Space Agency in November of 2015, David worked at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, or ISED, first as a Senior Policy Analyst, Policy and Sector Services Branch, and then as Manager in the Analytics and Sector Intelligence, Automotive and Transportation Industries Branch.Today we’ll be talking about the recently released Patents in Space report from the Canadian Intellectual Property Office which the Canadian Space Agency participated in.
