Episode 123: Do I Need an Executive Coach?? Feat. Anita Hossain of The Grand AsianBossGirl

    • Personal Journals

At our talks and through our messages, we often get questions about navigating career and professional development, and while we love drawing from our own experiences and sharing personal advice and anecdotes, today, we have a conversation with Anita Hossain an Executive Coach and Co-founder and CEO of The Grand, focused on group coaching, professional learning and development.
Join us as Anita shares her unique angle on executive coaching, when it makes sense to work with an executive coach, some of her own personal professional challenges, and more. Check out her work at thegrand.world.
Prior to The Grand, Anita led the Knowledge Program at First Round Capital, focused on developing community, creating programming and providing resources for their partner companies. She also spent time at Viacom International Media Networks in a Corporate Social Responsibility and Public Affairs role. Anita graduated from The Wharton School at UPenn in 2015. Her clients have included Facebook, Calm, Slack, and LinkedIn, just to name a few.
