It is the Jews that explicitly rejected the Messiah of God when He called.
It is the Jews that Jesus called liars, and said the Jews would bow at the feet of the Christians. (Rev 3:9).
The people of called are called by a new name: Christian (Acts 11:26)

11 “But as for you who forsake the Lord
and forget my holy mountain,who spread a table for Fortuneand fill bowls of mixed wine for Destiny,
12 I will destine you for the sword,and all of you will fall in the slaughter;for I called but you did not answer,I spoke but you did not listen.You did evil in my sightand chose what displeases me.”
13 Therefore this is what the Sovereign Lord says:
“My servants will eat,but you will go hungry;my servants will drink,but you will go thirsty;my servants will rejoice,but you will be put to shame.14 My servants will singout of the joy of their hearts,but you will cry outfrom anguish of heartand wail in brokenness of spirit.15 You will leave your namefor my chosen ones to use in their curses;the Sovereign Lord will put you to death,
but to his servants he will give another name.

Mike Johnson, Republical Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, is exactly why Evangelical Chrisitianity needs to die a swift and silent death. You either side with Jesus Christ, or you side with the Jews.  Johnson sides with the Jews, just like Judas Iscariot.

There is only Christ or Antichrist: There is no third path in which we all get along.  King Saul and Judas Iscariot both sought to get along with Christ's enemies. Both were personally called, chosen, and annointed by God for their positions.  Both betrayed Christ and both were rejected by Jesus Christ.  Satan will always offer you an easier third path -- just like he did to Eve -- don't take it.  Be like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abnego -- take the most radically loyal position with Jesus Christ.  Every other way is a betrayal.
