Jimmy ventures from his move to San Diego at two years of age to the release of Naughty Noah’s Noodles. From a parental divorce through the transition from electrical engineering to culinary arts school, Jimmy shares stories of humanity, self-discovery, and triumph. We try to understand the impact of culture on choosing entrepreneurship and the current obesity crisis in America. Through all of these discussions, we can relate to the search for a passion, the discovery of love, and the birth of a child, and realize that we aren’t all that different after all.
